Our Story

Pitch It Green started as a catalyst for environmental change in the entrepreneurial community in Toronto. Pitch It Green's founder, Lauren Castelino, was an active environmentalist and entrepreneur, starting her own all natural skincare business at 15 and was part of many environmental efforts including creating an organic herb and vegetable garden at her former high school. With her love of supporting local and sustainable entrepreneurs, otherwise termed as ecopreneurs, Lauren began searching for a solution.

Lauren first curated an environmentally-friendly subscription box service, Ecopreneur Box, but upon discovering how Toronto's community lacked ecopreneurs, Lauren sought to build an organization that would create next generation of ecopreneurs. Hence, Pitch It Green came to fruition.
