Village Community Foundation We empower children to forge pathways out of poverty with education, health, and community.

Founded in 2009, Village Community Foundation is building thriving communities rooted in quality education. Our new model of sustainable education integrates quality education with healthcare and community development. Our school Global Pathways School in rural India supports a community of over 550 students and their families experiencing multidimensional poverty. Through our programs, we empower our community to create pathways to opportunity. Our approach to education is to create independent thinkers who are curious and engaged with the world around them. Our success comes from leveraging our founders’ lifelong experience as educators, while employing local professionals to implement our programs. Today, our school is a nurturing and thriving environment where children and their families have their needs met, and can access the very best in education, health and community support.

Fifteen years ago, GPS started its journey in a humble two-room matchbox factory with just 40 students. Today, GPS resides on a beautiful campus, featuring a 60,000 sq. ft., three-story building with 62 classrooms.
