Our Story
Mission: RFPA aims to provide Ryerson students with an unparalleled experience and competitive advantage in the field of financial planning, advising, and wealth management.
Vision: To foster the development of a financially educated, empowered, and enlightened community of students.
Our Strategy
RFPA is on the road to achieving our mission through the successful implementation of the Financial Advisor Skill Training (FAST) Program.
FAST is composed of seven online modules and live workshops which educate students on topics of financial advising. The program provides a competitive edge for our participants in the world of financial planning. Participants must complete a multiple-choice test to receive a certificate signed by the RFPA President and the TRSM Associate Dean/former Chair of the finance department, Dr. Allen Goss.
RFPA also offers different events/workshops during the school year for Ryerson students who wish to get a deeper knowledge in financial planning.
