The St. George’s Society of Toronto is delighted to congratulate JAYU on being recognized by the City of Toronto as a Toronto Community Champion.

Founded in 2012 with the launch of the Human Rights Film Festival, JAYU has become a leader at the intersection of arts and human rights, using the power of storytelling to inspire awareness, dialogue, and positive social change.

As a community deeply committed to culture, education, health care, and social well-being, the St. George’s Society is proud to have supported JAYU and many other charitable organizations through the generosity of our members and the success of our fundraising initiatives.

Calling all England football team supporters! Join fellow Society members and fans of the Three Lions as we cheer on England during the 2026 FIFA World Cup. 🏆

Since 2010, England House has been bringing supporters together across Canada, and this year they've teamed up with new Toronto venue, Gibbons Irish Pub, featuring a massive 10ft x 18ft stadium screen and an unforgettable matchday atmosphere.

🎟️ Society members can win a pair of free passes to each England fixture at Gibbons, courtesy of England House! To stand a chance, simply follow St. George's Society Toronto and England House and comment with your answer to the following question: In what year did England win the World Cup? Winners will be picked at random and notified at least 5 days before each match.
