Is your relationship a "One-Way Street" or a "Highroad"? 🛣️🔄
Barbie is in the building for Part 2, and she’s dropping some gems 💎 on the art of giving and receiving. According to Ratidzai, a healthy relationship is a 50/50 split, a constant give-and-take. But let’s get real: In the heat of the moment (or the stress of life), is it ever really 50/50? Or is someone always carrying a bit more of the load? 🤔

Challenge Time:
📥 How do YOU ensure you’re receiving as much as you’re giving?
📤 What’s one sign that the "street" has become one-way?
Drop your thoughts below! 👇

It’s not just about "them"—it’s about US. 🤝✨
In this snippet of After Dark Chat, Ratidzai is dropping a major truth bomb: When we ask about HIV status, why do we make it a one-way street? 🛣️Health and safety is a shared journey, not a solo mission. It’s time to move away from the "interrogation" and toward a real conversation.
We want to hear from you: How do you flip the script to make health talks feel like a partnership instead of a checklist? 🗣️👇

Stop! ✋ Let’s talk about the "Timing" of the talk.

In this week’s snippet of After Dark Chat, "Soft Life, Safe S*x-Can You Do Both?", Sunshine ☀️ is diving deep into the big question: "When was the last time you had unprotected s*x?" It’s a vital question for our health, but it can feel... awkward. So, we want to know from YOU:
When is the right time to bring this up? 🕒 On the first date?
🕒 Before things get heated?
🕒 After a few weeks of vibing?

Boundaries and compromise? 👀
At what point are you protecting your peace… and when are you just bending so the relationship works?
During this girls’ night at Spicy Ethiopian Restaurant, the conversation got REAL about the fine line between standing firm on your boundaries and meeting someone halfway.
Because let’s be honest…
Not everyone agrees on where that line is. 👀
Some people say:
✨ Boundaries are non-negotiable.
Others say:
🤝 Relationships require compromise.
So now we’re asking YOU 👇🏾
Which one matters more in relationships?
🛑 Boundaries first
🤝 Compromise first
⚖️ A balance of both

Soft life… but let’s be honest for a second 👀
Is a soft life actually a luxury?
A chore?
Or som**hing we only think about after we’re already burned out?
The girls got real about it during this night out at Spicy Ethiopian Restaurant, and let’s just say… the opinions were NOT the same. 💬🔥
Because what does “soft life” actually look like when you’re balancing relationships, expectations, pleasure, and protecting your health?
Some say it’s intentional.
Some say it takes work.
Some say we only remember it when life gets hard.
So we want to hear from YOU 👇🏾
Soft life is a:
✨ Luxury
🧹 Chore
🤔 Afterthought

This International Women’s Day, under the theme “Give to Gain,” ACCHO celebrates the strength, resilience, and leadership of African, Caribbean, and Black (ACB) women.

Every day, ACB women show up for their communities—through advocacy, collaboration, and a deep commitment to supporting women living with HIV and those experiencing gender-based violence.

Today reminds us that when we give our support, time, and care, women and communities gain.

✨ Here are simple ways we can make a difference:
• Create spaces where women can lead and share their voices
• Amplify and support the work women are doing in our communities
• Celebrate women’s achievements—big and small
• Volunteer your time or donate to programs supporting women
• Build networks that connect, uplift, and empower women
• Be a trusted ally and friend

Together, through small but meaningful actions, we can build safer, stronger, and more supportive communities for ACB women.
