🇻🇳 Happy Vietnam National Day! Chúc mừng Quốc khánh Việt Nam! 🇻🇳

On the occasion of Vietnam’s National Day on September 2, we are truly grateful to the City of Toronto, the City of Vaughan, and the City of Barrie for raising the flag of Vietnam at their respective City Halls in celebration of the 81st anniversary of Vietnam’s Independence Day.

On behalf of the Canada Vietnam Society, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the mayors, city officials, and communities for your support and for standing with the Vietnamese community in Canada.

Seeing the Vietnamese flag raised at City Hall is a deeply meaningful moment for our community. A flag may be only a piece of cloth on a flagpole, but the recognition, respect, and friendship it represents mean so much to us.

Thank you for helping us celebrate our heritage, honour our history, and strengthen the bonds between Vietnam and Canada.

A special thank you to Banh mi Journey for generously sponsoring the light refreshments for our event.
