Only 33% of Canadian adults with autism are employed, compared to 79% of adults without disabilities. That's why we exist. Spectrum Works was born from a simple conversation between two friends—one concerned about his son's future. Today, we're in our 9th year of creating meaningful connections between autistic job seekers and inclusive employers. We're working toward a Canada where everyone is respected for who they are and what they bring. Where talent isn't overlooked because of barriers in the hiring process. Where inclusive employment is the standard, not the exception. Learn more about our mission at spectrumworks.ca

Behind every successful Spectrum Works career fair is a team of dedicated people who believe in what we do. From planning and logistics to greeting participants and ensuring everyone feels supported—our staff and volunteers are the heart of this mission. They show up because they believe autistic job seekers deserve access to meaningful employment opportunities. This is our Toronto team from our recent fair. These are the faces behind the connections, the conversations, and the hope we help create. To everyone who volunteers their time, energy, and passion—thank you. You make inclusive employment possible. Learn more about our work at spectrumworks.ca

Substance Cares

We are a collective of friends who came together with one mission in mind, to help others. We create events and projects that bring awareness to various causes within our community. Substance Cares was born out of the desire to create real opportunities to help other members of our society, instead of just wishing we knew how. Spreading kindness and positivity is our goal. We hope to reach as many people as we can.
