I can't believe how lucid I was about love.

And then it's so easy to forget all this wisdom... in the throws of conflict with our loved ones.

Grateful that the last year of healing has led me to know it in my bones and live it in my marriage.

No more chasing love - like an addict.

No more running from intimacy like a hermit crab and lone wolf.

And no more confusion about the love that is there in the space where we end and they begin...

Thinking a lot about the many contradictions we each hold...

How the men I walk with as a mentor and care about...

Each of us trying so hard to "make a living" and a life...

Striving to bring our best and deepest work into this broken world.

We are each a man of multitudes...

Many contradictions, tensions and we are each a unique constellation of parts...

It can be beguiling to try to understand ourselves, let alone our purpose and how to show up in the world...

That's why I am leading a special conversation for us as complex men to map out our many parts...

And discover the core central (inner CEO or what I call "King") consciousness which governs our actions in the world.

This work is so powerful to behold.

My favourite new word...

Made it up.

It's how I am really feeling this Monday afternoon.

As I put down my looooong to do list...

Calling in for counsel the wise king within as he tells me what matters most and what to leave for later...

And letting tears of grief flow down my cheeks...

The relief in my shoulders, jaw and chest is profound.

Ahhhh... GRRRR-RELIEF...
