Black history through music! Brampton you're in for a treat! This Saturday, November 2nd, a free show "Are You Hip To The Blues" will be rolling into your city to a very cool Jamaican restaurant in Brampton.
The show will feature - Diana Braithwaite, Chris Whiteley, John Colin on drums and a very special guest - Mr. Kenny Blues Boss Wayne! It's a one hour lively blues show at 8 pm and you will learn a bit about the blues and Black history while you are entertained.

The show hosted by blues vocalist, Diana Braithwaite, will feature a stellar band with Multi-award winner and legendary blues guitarist, harmonica and trumpet player - Chris Whiteley, B-Bop jazz drummer in demand- John Colin, and internationally renowned, blues musician Kenny Blues Boss Wayne. Kenny pays homage to Fats Domino through his musical style. The “Blues Boss” has won seven Maple Blues Awards, a Juno, three keyboard awards from Living Blues Magazine, and has been inducted into the Boogie Woogie Piano Hall of Fame.
The Xaymaca is a Jamaican restaurant and bar offering several delicious authentic menu choices. Come on out and enjoy dinner and blues night at the Xaymaca in Brampton! Dinner – anytime. Show- 8pm- 9.
