A quick reminder to confirm your 2026 Queen West Art Crawl application has been successfully submitted!

Due to recent scam activity, we want to ensure all artists are applying through the official application process. If you have submitted an application but have not received a confirmation email from the Queen West Art Crawl team, please submit your application again to make sure we have received your information.

If you need to reapply, don’t worry - we will honour the original booth price you applied at, and you will not need to pay the application fee again. We’ve also extended our Early Bird pricing to give artists more time to secure their spot!

Early Bird Booth Rate: $500 (includes application fee)
Extended Early Bird pricing ends June 30
Booth rates increase to $550 on July 1

We have been notified that there are numerous fraudulent emails coming out representing Queen West Art Crawl. Please be advised this is not our charity emailing you.

Key factors to look out for in these emails:

- They are using multiple gmail accounts (however, Queen West Art Crawl does not use gmail accounts). Please mark it as phishing.
- There are spelling mistakes, graphic issues and price differences.
- Some of these emails are directing people to our site/ they are also garnering your info with surveys (do not give them your information).
- Emails only come from [email protected] representing the Queen West Art Crawl.

Please also be advised other festivals are being attacked as well. Check the information and email your festival to advise them of these fraudsters.
