We’re proud to share our 2025 Impact Report, highlighting the incredible impact made possible through the generosity, dedication, and collaboration of our partners across Canada. 💙

Thanks to the support of our national partners and donors, more than $62 million in flexible funding was raised to help children’s hospitals advance their most urgent local priorities. Inside the report, you’ll see how this support is helping create healing environments for kids and families, drive groundbreaking pediatric research and discovery, and ensure children receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.

From mindfulness spaces at BC Children’s Hospital, to simulation training reaching community hospitals across Ontario, donor dollars are transforming pediatric health care and strengthening support for children and families nationwide.

Thank you to every partner, donor, and supporter for helping ensure children’s hospitals across Canada can continue to deliver exceptional care, advance innovation, and support every child who needs them, when they need them most.

From hearing so many powerful stories, to meeting the people who make progress possible, to creating unforgettable moments with our Champions, this week was a true reminder of what’s possible when our community comes together to make big change for all kids.

We’re incredibly grateful to for getting our Champions and their families here with such care, and to , our 2026 Partner of the Year recipient, for a beautiful welcome experience.

Elevate is more than an event, it’s a celebration of impact, connection, and the kids at the heart of it all. Thank you to everyone who made it so special. Until next year.👋

Until January 31st, you can help support kids this holiday season by visiting People’s and purchasing your very own Rigby. A portion of every Rigby sold goes directly to children’s hospitals, helping provide essential care to kids and families close to home. 💜

Zander and Lyndon love school and learning. Born at 25 weeks, they faced major health challenges and lost their triplet brother, Billy. Zander struggled with a heart condition. Lyndon battled seizures caused by cerebral palsy and epilepsy.

🩺Donor-funded care at the Janeway Children’s Hospital saved their lives, providing expert care and therapy services.

Today, both boys thrive, bringing joy to their family. 💙🌱

Mey-Lin, a lively child with a love for unicorns, faced dangerously low blood sugar as a newborn due to Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome.

Thanks to life-changing monthly injections and advances in feeding technology, she now carries a feeding pump in her backpack that allows her to run and play like other kids. 🏃🎒

Mey-Lin est née avec le syndrome Beckwith-Wiedemann, une maladie rare qui affecte sa croissance et augmente le risque de développer des tumeurs.

À l'Hôpital de Montréal pour enfants, Mey-Lin a reçu une injection spécialisée qui a changé sa vie. Aujourd'hui, elle porte une pompe d'alimentation dans un sac à dos, ce qui lui permet de courir et de jouer comme les autres enfants. 🏃🎒

7-Eleven Canada team members visited SickKids Hospital yesterday, bringing loads of goodies—and good cheer—with them! 🍬🍪🥤

They handed out drinks, 7-Eleven’s famous freshly baked cookies, and other sweet treats to SickKids staff. Not only did the treats provide a boost of energy, but the team's enthusiasm did as well.

You can also help support children’s hospitals this holiday season when you stop by your local 7-Eleven. Round up your purchase or donate online and 100% of your donation will directly support your local children’s hospital foundation.

A group of Walmart Canada associates recently had the opportunity to visit the Ron Joyce Children’s Health Centre at McMaster Children's Hospital. 💙

Not only did they see firsthand the impact of their fundraising efforts, but they also delivered toys to help brighten the holidays for young patients.

For more than 30 years, Walmart has been a dedicated champion of kids’ health, continuing this important legacy through the Spark a Miracle campaign.

When you shop at Walmart starting January 5, you can donate to help children receive the best possible care at their local children’s hospital. 100% of in-store donations go directly to your local children’s hospital foundation, ensuring kids get the care and support they need—close to home.
