Communications
Outreach
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEAL)
Youth Programs

These are virtual positions, with periodic meetings and activities in Toronto. Candidates should reside in Ontario, Canada.

Reflecting back on our Symposium 2026, day one was all about bringing the principles of locally-led development to life. The team at Salanga guided a dynamic gallery walk where participants explored six core ideas and gathered around the one that best reflected their work. The room instantly filled with conversation, insight and collective reflection, a powerful reminder of how diverse experiences can strengthen shared action.

The upcoming YPH cohort will explore how global citizenship is enacted through civic participation, inclusive policy processes, and international cooperation. The program will support youth to critically engage with the structures, actors, and institutions that shape public policy and global development.

Community. ✨ Last week we had the privilege of spending two days with this wonderful group of people. The OCIC Symposium 2026 brought together old friends and new friends for conversations around the many forms that global citizenship and locally-led development can take.
