Some of you may be wondering who are we and how we come about. About 18 years ago an American Staffordshire Terrier was brought into Brians life. Little did he know, that was to be the very beginning of his journey of love, pit bull advocating and dog rescuing. Tyson was a gentle soul, full of character, full of love and changed the lives of everyone he encountered. Tyson, with his charm and chari

sma, started to change minds, helping people realize that the stigma that followed "pitbulls" was simply not true. After 14 amazing years, Tyson left behind a legacy, a drive to save lives and give a voice to the pups who are shunned simply because of how they look. Together we work to rescue and give dogs a second chance at finding a forever loving home. Tyson N Friends is a small non-profit organization ran by one of Tyson's owners Brian Ferreira. Brian is a plumber by day, dog rescuer by night. Brian along with his incredible volunteers, and other animal advocates work together on their spare time to save lives, bring back to health and re-home rescue dogs. With no discrimination of breed, age or health Brian and friends come together to give dogs a second chance. We work to rescue any breed that needs a forever home, but our main drive and focus is on our local bully breeds. There are lots of way you can help to support Tyson N Friends. If you're ready to adopt, contact us, fill out an application and we'll get back to you as soon as possible after reviewing your application. Please note that due to the BSL in Ontario, fosters only will be needed for our bullies until we find them a home out-of province, as they cannot be adopted in Ontario. And lastly, we are always welcoming monetary donations, beds and crates! We are working as quickly as possible to get our page set up, your patience is greatly appreciated! Happy birthday puppies 🐶🎂

5 weeks old today 🤗👏
Brindle is my fav only cause she’s gonna look like Momma Fresh ❤️
No hernias, no heart murmurs, nothing!
Very healthy so far, they clearly have an appetite 😆😆

Say hi Romeo 👋😍

This little cutie was surrendered to Team Tyson yesterday. 10 to 11 weeks old 🥹

Notified by a family who were approached by a woman on the street giving him away, claiming she breed and he’s the last one left and she can’t find a home 🥹
Romeo goes for his first vaccinations and dewormed tmrw.
Not 💯 sold on breed yet
Probably a mutt, a super cute little snarky 😜

He’s being fostered by my sis Chrissy of .
Chrissy recently had to say good bye to her boy Pete, aka Sneeky Pete 😞
She’s devastated.
Hope that Romoe can make her smile again, even if just for a short time.

Today’s $5 Friday is a little different 🥰

I’d like to raise a few bucks to help these two boarder collies were temp boarding.
Gemma the female needs a spay and have her paw checked out.
Aires the male needs some behaviour work. But most import is they need a foster to commit to helping them. Ideally best to separate but that’s in time.

Cipher is on the table as we speak, for a little guy he’s freakin hung 😳

He’s so adorable, pics don’t do justice even the staff was like wow he’s adorable definitely better than pics. He weight in at 21.1 kg so about 46lbs.
He’s all head hehe 😉
Super fit, beautiful muscle tone 💪

Can’t wait to see how he does with the pack, he did see the clinic cat,
He did pull a little to investigate.

He does stare a lot, his eyes speak to your soul. He just wants hugs all day.

Dirty no more 😆

Big thanks to Lisa and Jen for stopping by the bath the pups, weigh them and help deworm them 👏👏❤️

Big fawn girl and big blue is 3kg
The only 2 boys are small 2.1kg
Rest are in the middle.
Poor boys, surrounded by big strong woman 😆😆
Starting to see some personalities coming out. All are comical, a few are feisty and super confident and a few a little shy.
They are too cute 🥰
The star Momma also got washed down and dewormed, sent in a f***l test for mom, should have results by tmrw evening.
She’s come such a long way, I’m blown away how sweet and gentle she actually is and has been doing amazing meeting new people. Obviously still eyeing us when we touch her babies 🤗
