Remember. Support. Heal. 💜

Join us on August 31, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. as we come together for International Overdose Awareness Day.

We are proud to collaborate with Council Fire and Toronto Public Health for this community gathering. Together, we honour those we have lost, support one another, and stand united against the ongoing toxic drug crisis.

This event is open to everyone. Come share space, grab some free BBQ food, access resources, and stand in community with us.

On May 12th, Patti accepted the 2026 Toronto Community Champion Award on behalf of Thunder Woman Healing Lodge Society. We are deeply honoured to be recognized for our contributions to the health, well-being, and resilience of Toronto residents, particularly Indigenous women and their families in our community.

Miigwetch to the City of Toronto, the United Way Greater Toronto, and especially the women in our community who continue to lead, inspire, and guide this work every day.

A special thank you to Mayor Olivia Chow and Heather McDonald from United Way Greater Toronto for this meaningful experience and recognition.
