Who says potato salad is not healthy eating?
Well someone- but not me.
I have three things to say about that.
1. Everything in moderation (timeless advice from Mom)
2. Veg up your potato salad (take your favourite recipe and add in any of or all of radishes/celery/peppers/carrots honestly - you still get the flavour and you are filling yourself with raw veggies too)
3. Substitute half of any mayo with either or both of yogurt or sour cream - (fat free)
