Bayview Glen Day Camp

We are Toronto's longest running day camp! Since 1962 we have created unforgettable summer memories

Every child is different: some enjoy the arts, some enjoy sports, and others enjoy tech and nature exploration... at Bayview Glen Camp no one has to choose and we encourage all campers and staff to step outside their usual and be FREE to EXPLORE! Bayview Glen offers balanced programs for our youngest campers, to activity electives for our oldest campers as they grow and become more self aware and ready to go deep into their interests. Centrally located on the secure, leafy campus of Bayview Glen School, the camp enjoys sports fields, a theatre, climbing wall, computer labs, art studios, two air conditioned gyms, amazing turf field, community-based bus service, and a first class snack and lunch program. Our loyal and dedicated camp team come together every summer for over 50 years to exceed your expectations.

At Bayview Glen Day Camp, our staff aren't just employees—they're the heartbeat of everything we do. 💙

Here's why our team makes all the difference:

🌟 They create the magic — From the first morning HELLO o the last goodbye hug, our staff turn ordinary days into unforgettable memories.

🤝 They build belonging — Every camper walks into camp knowing someone sees them, believes in them, and has their back. That starts with our staff.

🎨 They bring energy and creativity — Rainy day? No problem. Low energy? They've got a game for that. Our staff adapt, innovate, and keep the fun flowing.

💪 They lead with heart — Patience, kindness, and genuine care aren't just qualities we look for—they're what define our team.

🏕️ They ARE camp — Long after the summer ends, campers remember the counselor who taught them to swim, the specialist who encouraged their art, and the director who knew their name.

To our incredible staff: thank you for showing up every day with passion, resilience, and love. You don't just run a camp—you change lives.

We couldn't do it without you!

September 30 is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day. We will take time to learn, listen, and reflect on the histories, cultures, and ongoing contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples.

Campers and staff are invited to remember the children who never returned home and recognize that Every Child Matters.

Reconciliation is an ongoing responsibility. We are committed to creating a camp community rooted in respect, inclusion, and meaningful learning.
