Bulgarian Folk Dance Ensemble Golden Thrace

Bulgarian Folk Dance Ensemble Golden Thrace Ensemble for Bulgarian folklore dances “Golden Thrace" - Toronto, Canada Bulgarian folklore dance ensemble “Golden Thrace” is founded in September 2014.

Its aspiration is to preserve and popularize the magic of the Bulgarian music and dance while establishing a recreational environment of camaraderie, good will and joy in the Bulgarian community in Toronto. Currently, the ensemble with all its formations involves over 60 dancers from the age of 5 to 65. The ensemble is currently performing an enviable selection of over 45 dances, known as “horo” a

s well as numerous choreographed dances from various ethnographic regions of Bulgaria. Founders, Artistic Directors and Choreographers of “Golden Thrace” are Mariya Zasheva and Mihail Kochankov.

Ансамбъл за Български Народни Танци "Златна Тракия" Торонто набира танцьори-деца за творчески сезон 2026/2027 година.

Репетициите ще се провеждат всяка събота от 10/11 часа на адрес 17 Regent St, Toronto (залата на храм "Св. Георги").
Първата репетиция за сезона ще се проведе на 5-ти септември от 10 часа.

Консулът на България в Торонто, господин Емил Миланов, който е горд танцьор, почетен член, съмишленик и приятел на ансамбъл Златна Тракия, днес за пръв път сподели сцена със своя внук, Сашко! Сашко танцува с ансамбъла от едва три годишен и смело върви по стъпките на дядо си! А днес и двамата достойно представиха България извън рамките на страната, отвъд океана, та чак в Канада! ❤️🇧🇬❤️🇧🇬❤️🇧🇬❤️
