Elisa House provides services to women who have experienced, or are dealing with, addiction issues and/or mental health issues, immigration issues, abuse or poverty Vincent de Paul, is a 40 bed transitional crisis care facility and short term emergency shelter for women 18 years and older. A key component of our mandate is to provide women a safe place to call home until the necessary tools are in

place so they can once again live in the community. A large majority of our residents are survivors of domestic violence, abuse, poverty, addiction, and/or mental health illness. At Elisa House counsellors offer life skills training, short-term counselling, crisis intervention, referrals, advocacy, information and 24 hour on-site support.
