Pay close attention to minutes 3-9. OCAD U uses Turtle Island as their waste service provider for: 100 McCaul, 115 McCaul, and 51 McCaul. It sounds like the cafeteria, library, learning zone and class rooms in the Grange (113 McCaul) are switching from the city to Turtle Island as well. 205 Richmond has custodians from the University but the property management company organizes waste pick-ups. Not sure who the waste service provider is.
