’s final film screening of the Fall 2025 semester will be happening TOMORROW WEDNESDAY NOV 19th, 6-8PM! This month’s screening will feature “Certain Women” directed by Kelly Reichardt. “Certain Women” follows three strong-willed women as they strive to forge their own paths amidst the wide-open plains of the American Northwest. Following the screening, join Saagajiwe’s Storyteller-In-Residence, Jesse Wente, for a discussion and Q&A. This event is open for Indigenous students and Creative School students, and is the perfect way to wind down the semester before the start of the exam period! We hope to see you there!

Join us for a screening of “Tkaronto” by Shane Belcourt. “Tkaronto” is a reflective and thought provoking exploration of two Indigenous 30-somethings, Ray and Jolene, who make an unexpected connection at the pinnacle of a common struggle to stake claim to their Indigenous identity.
