Intro to Adaptive Sports - Volt hockey is an inclusive form of hockey played in an adapted sport hockey chair. The design of the chairs provides athletes with a variety of disabilities the ability to play. Random club shout out!! Quinte Rowing Club offers all its rowing programs from its boathouse. Our club has an indoor exercise area complete with indoor rowing machines and weights as well as an indoor rowing tank for year-round training. Table tennis is all about agility, power and skill, making this sport one of the most popular sports in the Paralympic Games.
