Intro to Adaptive Sports - Boccia is a real test of skill that is played at the Paralympic level. It's a ball-tossing game that demands extreme precision and strategy. Boccia is co-ed and can be played by competitors who have severe disabilities: cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy for example.
