The world has become even more unsafe for 2 spirit, Trans and non binary folk. People are scared for their lives because of the hatred spewed online and in real life.

We understand that excess stress, lack of sleep and fear can seriously affect quality of life and one's mental health and is therefore offering herbal supports and Accupuncture Saturday, February 14th from 1 - 6 pm.

We harvested white pine, red pine, white spruce, cedar, sumac, red osier dogwood, and rosehips. So many medicines specific for the seasonal conditions many are dealing with right now.
