Nepali Tamang Community of Canada (NTC Canada) organized a beautiful celebration event to mark the beginning of our New Year - Happy Nepali Tamang Sonam Lhochhar Manjushree Sambat 2861 at Scarborough, Ontario – Canada in 01 February, 2025.

This event which holds deep cultural and spiritual importance that brought together all diaspora Nepali Tamang community in a spirit of unity, cultural pride, and spiritual harmony. The celebration was filled with rituals, prayers, music, and dances, all of which reflected the rich cultural identity of the Nepali Tamang people.

The event was not only a beautiful celebration of our shared customs but also an important reminder of the significance of Sonam Lhochhar in fostering community spirit and connecting with our roots. Therefore, this event not only commemorated an important day in our cultural calendar but also reaffirmed their commitment to preserving and promoting our customs and values across generations.

NTC Canada family would like to thanks and appreciate the hard work and effort of our volunteers and dancers for their wonderful cultural dance performances making this event a memorable success.

On Saturday, October 26, 2024 - The Nepali Tamang Community of Canada (NTC Canada) organized a wonderful Fall Potluck at Earl Bales Park, North York in a beautiful backdrop of picturesque autumn colorful foliage.
