Hey RC friends, we hope you all had a great first day of fall semester class! Our team at RCWIB is very thrilled to announce that applications are now open for our very own, RCWIB Mentorship Program!

The RCWIB Mentorship program aims to facilitate positive, and meaningful relationships between Rotman Commerce students of all years fronted on guidance, strong communication, and of course, lots of learning!

We are currently looking for first-year and second-year students to join our program as a mentee, and third-year and fourth-year students to join as a mentor! All mentees will be matched with an upper-year mentor, with mentors providing tips and tricks to the incoming class on how to navigate and transition to university life.

Mentor-mentee pairings will meet on a monthly basis to discuss predetermined topics such as Resume and Cover Letter Writing, or How to Build Your Personal Brand while partaking in socials and challenges as well.
