We work in collaboration with the Ministry of Education in Bhutan to place native English speaking teachers in schools in rural communities across Bhutan. BCF teachers develop new teaching techniques, share expertise with local teachers and steep themselves in the concept and practice of Gross National Happiness, all while exploring an authentic Himalayan culture. This is a rare chance to work in

an education system that is in the midst of an exciting and innovative transformation, as the Ministry of Education works to transition to a more interactive, thoughtful and participatory system of education. Our teachers make a world of difference in the lives of their students.
