GradLeads We are GradLead, a graduate student group dedicated to leadership development within FASE at UofT.

Our mission is to cultivate leadership excellence, empowering students to grow into impactful leaders throughout their journey iLead: Graduate is a non-profit graduate student run organization at the University of Toronto designed to help graduate students their leadership skills and prepares them to be successful leaders in industry and exemplary citizens at the local, national and global levels.

Our vision begins with empowering individuals by helping them grow as a leader building leadership knowledge and from practical experience. From making better leaders, we aim to create a positive impact on ourselves, peers and greater community through passion projects.
