AI is changing the creative landscape. Are artists ready to be part of the conversation?

This summer, join us for a three-part educational panel series with experts from:
⚡Creative AI Hub at TMU to better understanding AI
⚡University of Toronto for a conversation about AI and ethics
⚡Policy Hub at OCAD University to talk about AI and policy

✅Watch this space for dates and registration details!

This series is designed to help artists, creatives, and arts workers build knowledge and confidence in a rapidly changing landscape. Then this fall, we'll bring the arts community together for a thought incubator focused on the future of artists and AI—turning learning into dialogue, ideas into action, and ensuring artists have a voice in shaping what comes next.
Learn. Join the conversation. Get your voice heard.

Presented by Arts Etobicoke and Toronto's Local Arts Service Organizations (LASOs).

We're so excited to bring this one to you. HOLOBIONT, created by Blue Ceiling Dance, is a dance performance unlike anything you've seen before — wild, peculiar, and quietly beautiful all at once.
The piece moves through extreme slowness, speed, and everything in between, drawing from the resilience and resourcefulness of nature. From particles to forests, neurons to migratory birds — it's a meditation on how life in all its forms connects, competes, and finds a way to thrive.

Here's a look back at our May 13 opening for Glitch by Stitch by Khadija Aziz. Khadija makes her pieces by embroidering fabric by hand, then dragging it across a scanner to see what comes out. The scanner distorts everything — and that's kind of the point. If you missed the opening, the exhibition runs until June 18. Come see it. 🖤

A huge thank you to everyone who came out on opening night — your presence made the evening. And a special thank you to Khadija for sharing this body of work with us.
