January is Human Trafficking Prevention Month - a time to build awareness around one of the most hidden and complex global issues affecting people of all ages, especially young women and girls.

While the term human trafficking can feel overwhelming, prevention often starts in everyday places: schools, neighbourhoods, workplaces, and online communities.
