The Walk for CAWS is back!
Join us on Saturday June 13th in Paul Coffey Park, Mississauga!
We’re walking to raise awareness for Williams syndrome and bring our WS community together!
There will be food, music, face painting, and more...
Because you all loved the panel so much last year, we’re excited to introduce a Talent Show component to this year’s event!
During the registration process, you’ll be asked whether the participant with Williams Syndrome would like to showcase a talent. The registration page will guide you through all the necessary details. Please note that each performer will be allotted a maximum of 2 minutes to shine on stage.
This year, in an effort to reduce costs and maximize the amount of funds going directly to support CAWS, we will not be providing event t-shirts to participants.
We encourage everyone to proudly wear their favorite CAWS Walk shirt from previous years! It’s a great way to celebrate how far we’ve come together and showcase your continued support.
Don’t have a CAWS shirt yet? No problem! We’ll have an assortment of past Walk t-shirts available for purchase ($2 each) at the event while supplies last.
Note: The purchase of a Ticket is not eligible for a charitable tax receipt in accordance with the CRA Charitable Donation Receipt Guidelines. All donations over $20, made by those who are not attending the event, or as a gift over and above the ticket purchase, will receive a tax receipt for the amount of the donation by email.
