Important Information Regarding Toronto Coronation Protocol
Protocol will NOT be accepted in Hospitality.
There will be NO Court Walks during the Ball.
“But, but, but... how do I do my Court Walk then?”
We will be continuing the process used during the last several Reigns, using what we call “Presentation Protocol.”
Please follow the process below:
Submit your protocol in advance to [email protected].
Protocol must be received by Sunday, October 4, 2026.
Protocol Cards will be created for each person participating in Presentation Protocol.
Protocol Cards will be available in Hospitality. There will be one envelope per Court.
What do I do with my Protocol Card?
Bring your Protocol Card with you to the Cocktail Reception.
The evening schedule is as follows:
5:30 PM – Cocktail Reception
6:20 PM – Entrance to the Ballroom begins / Presentation Protocol
6:40 PM – TICOT Court Walk
7:00 PM – Dinner & Awards
8:00 PM – Show begins, Set 1
When your name is called, you will hand your Protocol Card to the individual announcing the participants.
Your name will be announced.
You will then walk to the Presentation Area.
At the Presentation Area, you may bow, curtsy, kiss, shake hands, or otherwise greet the Reign 39 Representatives.
Important Notes:
One title, one walk per person. If you are part of two Courts, please choose which Court you wish to walk with.
Only Reigning Monarchs and ICPs will have their full moniker read. Please indicate this in your submission.
No greetings or salutations are required.
TICOT reserves the right to edit all submitted protocol.
Visiting Court Coronation flyers and handouts may be distributed in Hospitality, at the Out of Town Show, and during Victory Brunch/Bingo.
We kindly ask that Visiting Court materials not be distributed in the Ballroom.
