With support from Let’s Talk, Over the weekend we held an In-Person PulseChat Program - with mock hearing preparations and peer-led wellness circles for newcomers navigating mental health systems.

The session gave participants hands-on practice for IRB hearings while creating space to discuss anxiety, safety planning, and community care. Thank you to Bell Let’s Talk for investing in culturally relevant mental health support.
