This is a place for those who love trees and forests that may have been around when Canada was known as Upper Canada and Lower Canada and even some when it was New France!

2/3's of Europe's Primeval forest is in Romania and it is currently being liquidated into cheep wood products for export and firewood locally. Home to some of the last habitat for European bears and bison. But who cares. The public silence is overwhelming.

If you are interested in seeing it before its gone or volunteering this summer I am organizing a trip to visit some of Romania's Primeval Forest some where between July 15th and Aug 2. Let me know this interests you.
