Opportunity For Advancement OFA is a community of diverse women. OFA helps to create opportunities for women to integrate into society by rebuilding their lives, and personal goals.

OFA does this through trauma informed service, vocational program, stress relief program.

Indigenous people predicted the weather long before technology allowed us to enjoy satellite views of Mother Earth from space. For instance, when the frogs croak loudly, spring is near. Many northern tribes believed that muskrats were slow to build houses if the winter would be mild. Damp, foggy weather preceded a period of cold and storms. Tribes have different, natural ways of predicting their weather for the area they live in
