Originally from Midland, Madeleine now works as a kindergarten teacher in Ottawa. From the moment Brass Ring Dance was founded, she knew she wanted to support its mission in any way she could. She brings a wealth of knowledge about early childhood development, special education and a deep understanding of the positive impact the arts can have on young people.

Please join us in welcoming our newest Board Member, Kayla Cadeau ✨

Kayla has been dancing since the age of 3, beginning her training locally in Midland and continuing throughout her university studies. She now shares her passion for dance as a teacher at the Dancers Studio, inspiring the next generation of dancers in the community.
Professionally, Kayla is close to completing her designation as a Chartered Accountant. She is committed to supporting dancers and helping ensure that dance remains accessible and inclusive for all.
