Our mission is to help individuals and families who have recently arrived in this country overcome the challenges they may face during their settlement process. Youth mental health is not a future issue. It is happening right now.
In communities across Toronto and beyond, many young people are dealing with stress, identity challenges, and pressure to succeed while feeling unsupported.

For newcomer youth, the challenges are even greater:

• Cultural adjustment
• Family expectations
• Language barriers
• Isolation

These struggles often go unnoticed until they become serious.

At Kabir Family Foundation, we are working to create safe spaces, accessible support, and community-driven programs that help youth navigate these realities with confidence.
