The transition to independent living programs works with both individuals and families in the to find and maintain affordable, safe housing. We work one-on-one with you to determine your housing needs, connect you to other government services, and to match you with landlords across the city. Our rental listing database is updated every week, and we have also partnered with a number of organizations to provide comprehensive access to services.

We believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home, a warm meal and access to opportunity to create a better life for themselves and their families. Our mission is to get everyone off the streets and into a home. We ensure this promise by partnering withthe governemnt and organizations to provide support and care for anyone in need.
