Birthright is a non-profit charitable organization that has been providing love and support for over 50 years to women facing unplanned pregnancies. The Birthright of Toronto chapter began in 1968 offering free pregnancy support service that is non-judgmental and confidential. Our chapter is located in the East York neighbourhood, only a few steps away from the TTC Coxwell Subway Station, on Line

Planning a beach day with your little one? Here are some quick tips to make it easy:

-Pack a tent or umbrella for some shade.
-Don’t forget sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses for the kiddos.
-Keep them hydrated with plenty of water and yummy fruit.
-Cornstarch is a magic wand for removing sand from their tiny bodies.
-Bring beach toys to keep them entertained.
-An outdoor blanket and towel are a must-have
-Bring baby floaties with a seat and a lifesaver
-Lower your expectations—your baby might not last that long at the beach 🏖️
