Afro Canada Development Foundation

Afro Canada Development Foundation There has not been so many platforms or organizations to uplift the Afro-black plight in terms of achievement, talent and success.

Afro Canada Development Foundation (AFROCADF) is a not-for-profit organization registered in Toronto that seeks to advance the lives of Afro descent people living inside and outside of Canada. Over the years, black people especially Afro-black all over the world have been marginalized in terms of education, health, development, governance, racism, poverty and eroding of their cultures, norms and dignity.

Today, we celebrate the strength, diversity, and unity that define our great nation. Canada Day is more than just a birthdayโ€”it is a moment to reflect on our shared journey, recognize the stories that shaped us, and reimagine a future built on inclusion, justice, and opportunity for all.

At the Afro Canada Development Foundation, we honour the rich contributions of Afro-Canadians to the fabric of this country. From innovation and leadership to culture and resilience, our community continues to play a vital role in Canadaโ€™s growth and progress.

As we wave the red and white with pride, let us also recommit ourselves to equity, empowerment, and the ongoing work of building a Canada where every voice is heard and every life is valued.

Happy Canada Dayโ€”from our family to yours.
