We’re excited to share that our new research study is now recruiting for adults experiencing depression!

This study uses brain imaging to see how a new rapid-acting oral antidepressant, called Auvelity (a combination of dextromethorphan and bupropion), may affect brain activity. By looking at how the brain responds, researchers hope to learn more about how antidepressants work in the brain.

Auvelity has been approved by the U.S. FDA since August 2022, and this is the first time it will be available in Canada through a research study!

This is an open-label study, meaning there is no placebo group. This means that everyone who qualifies and takes part may receive the study medication. Participants will be compensated for their time.

If you or someone you know is living with depression, you may be eligible to join.
