♥️To everyone who has reached out wanting to volunteer with Northeast Avalon Food Bank, THANK YOU!!! ♥️ The outpouring of kindness, support, and willingness to help our community has been truly overwhelming in the best possible way! We are overjoyed and our hearts are full from the community care and compassion♥️
😊As a volunteer driven organization navigating our first year in our new location, we are currently working through new systems, communication processes, scheduling, and administration with a growing team of volunteers. While this has caused some delays in reaching out, please know we see you, appreciate you, and are so grateful for your patience and understanding.
💕We are slowly but surely connecting with everyone who has expressed interest in helping, and we cannot wait to welcome more amazing people into our volunteer family.

♥️THANK YOU to NL Health Services for providing a great service today during our foodbank distribution! A registered dietitian was available to answer questions about food, eating well, and making the most of what's available. They will also be available again NEXT MONTH distribution on June 11th!
