Our Women in Trades and Tech Timmins Mentor and Networking Social brought together powerhouse women from across our community to share stories, advice, and a few laughs. We connected circuits, built bridges, and sparked some serious inspiration!

Between speed networking, great conversations, and an inspiring panel of women sharing their career journeys, this event celebrated the power of connection and collaboration. From shop floors to server rooms, women are shaping the future of trades and technology in Northern Ontario.

Thank you to our event supporter Enbridge Gas, and to our chapter supporters Tire, the - Work Safe for Life , and Ontario Power Generation for helping us build a stronger, more inclusive future for women in these fields.

Women in Trades and Tech Timmins Co-Chair, Ashley Richards-Gagnon, was at the Jill of All Trades event at Collège Boréal this morning, representing our organization's vision for an inclusive future in industry. The event successfully welcomed over 100 Francophone female students from across Northern Ontario, providing crucial exposure to careers in the skilled trades and technology.

Ashley had the opportunity to visit booths and chat with the next wave of tradeswomen and technologists. We know these amazing young women have the power to drill their own path to success!

A huge thank you to Collège Boréal for hosting such a fantastic event! Let's keep building a future where every woman knows she belongs in trades and tech!
