Dew Drop Inn Thunder Bay St. Andrew's Dew Drop Inn soup kitchen was established in 1981 to address the needs of the hungry in the community of Thunder Bay.

The Dew Drop Inn is open 7 days a week and currently during the pandemic we offer a cold take-home lunch from 9 am to 3:30 pm or a hot take home meal from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm. We provide a safe, welcoming environment where hungry men, women and children can access food with no questions asked and are treated with respect and dignity..

Always a pleasure when the Thunder Bay Correctional Centre Farm Program stops by to say hi at the Dew Drop Inn. They stopped by Friday afternoon and brought us potatoes & brussel sprouts for our Compassion Kitchen. These local donations of produce are incredibly helpful to our kitchen and we sincerely appreciate you sharing with us. Community support is how we serve that good meal daily. We really could not do this without you. From all of us at the Dew Drop Inn, thank you so much.

Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by last week with donations. We are so thankful for all of your support. This week for our wish list we are protein focused! We are asking for donations of proteins such as pork chops, sausages, chicken & ground beef. We find these proteins to be very versatile and our creative culinary team can prepare them in numerous different ways. This may be our wish list but any and all donations are encouraged and accepted with a smile. Donations can be dropped off daily between 9am-3:30pm. Thank you all for the role you play in our Compassion Kitchen. We could not do what we do without you.
