Dear Members - a message from OSBCU....

On October 24 at 1pm, the OSBCU will join our education union partners — AEFO, ETFO, OECTA, OCE, OPSEU/SEFPO, EWAO-ATEO and OSSTF — for the Rallies for Publicly Funded Education!

Five rallies will take place simultaneously across Ontario:
📍 London
📍 Ottawa
📍 Sudbury
📍 Toronto
📍 Thunder Bay

These province-wide rallies will bring together education workers, teachers, students, families, community allies and the public to show support for a strong and accessible publicly funded education system.

👉 Register for a rally today! Sign up as soon as possible and make your plans to stand with education workers from across Ontario: TOGETHER FOR PUBLICLY FUNDED EDUCATION

🚌 Buses will be available for OSBCU members and their families to help get people to the rallies.

OSBCU members know what is happening in our schools. Every day, education workers are dealing with understaffing and unmanageable workloads while students are not getting the supports they need.

October 24 is an opportunity for us to stand together with our education union partners and our communities and show that education workers are united. Talk to your coworkers, make plans with your family and encourage others to register.

The more people we have standing together on October 24, the stronger our message will be for publicly funded education!

TOGETHER WE ARE STRONGER!
