Creating spaces where every step brings people together 🌿💙

Discover Cranberry Portage Tourism is creating a more welcoming and accessible outdoor experience with the Portage Trail Promenade and the Weesakemenogap Water & Woods Walk. By improving access to the waterfront, honouring the community's historic portage route, and creating barrier-free recreational spaces, this project will encourage connection, movement, and outdoor enjoyment for families, visitors, and residents of all ages and abilities.

The Cranberry Portage Hike & Ski Trail Association is expanding year-round recreation by introducing groomed fat biking to its existing trail system. With new equipment, community fat bikes, and improved trail maintenance, this project will create safe, accessible outdoor experiences for residents, visitors, and local students to enjoy in every season.

The Northern Lights Seniors' Non-Profit Housing Co-op is taking important steps toward creating modern, accessible, and affordable housing for seniors in The Pas. A day of creativity, connection, and community 🎨🏛️

The Pas Arts Council is bringing families together for a free a Family Fun Day at the Sam Waller Museum on Saturday, September 27 from 1-3pm. Families can enjoy free museum admission, hands-on activities, creative workshops, face painting, and snack, all designed to make arts, culture, and heritage accessible in a fun, welcoming, and barrier-free environment.

Helping every child step up to the plate ⚾️💙

Tri Community Minor Baseball is making the game more accessible by bringing its Learn to Baseball program directly into local schools for the spring season. Along with upgrades to the baseball diamonds, new equipment, and opportunities for players to learn from experienced coaches, this project will help more children build confidence, learn new skills, and discover a love for the game.
