An 8-week progressive program, led by a coach with over 20 years of experience, this program is perfect for beginners and those with gymnastics experience! VOLLEYBALL REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Join us for our Winter volleyball program, running out of several communities!

An 8-week progressive program that focuses on the fundamental skills of volleyball, this is the perfect place to hone your skills and improve your game. Our coaches are all incredibly knowledgable, with years of playing and coaching experience behind them. They'll lead you through isolated drills, skills games, as well as provide plenty of opportunities to put your skills into practice in game play.

Level 1 will focus on the foundational skills, from passing to setting to serving, while introducing the rules of the game. This program is perfect for beginners looking to learn the game and work on the basics. Level 1 will run in London, Ilderton, Thorndale, and Dorchester! This program will culminate with a final Community Showcase in March, where all communities will come together to show off their skills and compete in friendly competition!

Level 2 will expand on the foundational skills, by connecting skills and introducing offensive and defensive systems of play. This program is perfect for those with some playing experience, or those who have participated in our Level 1 program for a few seasons. Level 2 will run at BGC London on Saturdays from 2:30-4:00 PM.

Check out Next Level Sport's Winter Season!

🏐 Level 1 - Volleyball:
An 8-week program delivered by knowledgeable and experienced coaches. The program will focus on the fundamental skills of volleyball, including passing, setting, and serving. Our coaches will teach skills by isolating them through drills, encouraging fun and sportsmanship, and allowing for modified game play to ensure everyone leaves feeling successful. There will be limited talk or focus on systems and tactics of the game.

A final tournament will be hosted for all communities (Level 1) at the end of the winter season.

🤸‍♂️ Gymnastics:
An 8-week program delivered by a coach with over 20 years of experience who understands how to cater to each participant's individual skill set and needs. Offering beginner level in Ilderton and Dorchester, the program will look to develop a strong understanding of physical literacy, and basic floor skills while incorporating age-appropriate strength and conditioning.
