⚠️ Green Acres Park Field Closure ⚠️

The Town of Teulon has advised that the fields at Green Acres Park are closed until further notice due to the recent storm and current field conditions.

We know many of our players and families are eager to get back on the field, but the closure is necessary to allow the grounds time to recover.

The Teulon Soccer Club asks that all players, families and community members please respect the closure and stay off the fields until they are officially reopened.

We’ll share updates as soon as we receive them from the Town.

PICTURE DAY – SUNDAY, MAY 31, 2026

Picture times included. All information including an order form has been emailed and posted on TeamLinkt. We will have some hard copy order forms on hand.

Please arrive at the stage 20 minutes before your scheduled picture time.

To help keep things running smoothly:
• Have your order form filled out and ready to go
• If paying with cash ensure to bring the exact amount
• Photographers will not have change available

2026 Season Games Are Being Entered!

A huge thank you to the volunteers working behind the scenes to get everything organized for our players and families!

As schedules are being finalized please remember that every single game, tournament and event is entered individually by volunteer board members into TeamLink. That means a lot of time, double-checking and coordination goes into making sure the season runs smoothly.

If you notice a typo, missing game, or scheduling issue, please be patient and kind while updates are being completed. We truly appreciate everyone helping make soccer happen for our kids this season!

Coaches will be reaching out to begin scheduling practices starting this week.

Jersey pick-up will be handled a bit differently this year. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early before your child's practice and come to the equipment shed, where jerseys will be handed out for parents to sign out. This step is important to ensure your deposit is returned at the end of the season.

The equipment shed is the green building located on the south side as you enter the park. Board members will be there to assist you upon arrival.

We would also like to remind all parents that if you have not yet completed your registration payment, please do so as soon as possible. Payment is required for your child to participate and to receive a jersey this season. If you are unsure if you have paid and are not wanting to double pay please reach out to us via Facebook or email!

Friendly reminder that all soccer fees must be paid before jersey handout.

👉 No payment = no jersey = no games

Players will not be eligible to receive their jersey or participate in games until fees are fully paid.

Fees by Division:
U5 – $40
•U7 – $90
•U9 – $90
•U11 – $90
•U13 – $90
•U18 – $100

•U7-U18 includes $40.00 refundable Jersey deposit

Please make sure to get your payment in as soon as possible to avoid missing out. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Ensure you download the app as that is where games practices, etc. will be posted. Also how you will communicate with your team and coach.

📣 Registration is now closed. 📣

🗓️ In previous years, late registrations have created challenges with team sizes, insurance numbers, and coaching availability. Teams have often become too large, which can limit each child’s playing time on the field. Early registration allows us to better organize teams, create additional teams if needed, and secure enough coaches.

✍️ As a result, late registrants this year are not guaranteed placement on a team until final team sizes have been confirmed.

✅ Our goal is to make sure every child gets a chance to play while keeping the experience fair and enjoyable for everyone.
