World Autism Awareness Day is an internationally recognized day established by the United Nations to promote understanding, inclusion, and acceptance of people with autism.

It’s observed every year on April 2 and is part of a broader movement toward neurodiversity inclusion, recognizing that neurological differences are natural and valuable.

We are proud to support individuals in building independence, confidence, and meaningful lives on their own terms.

Tell us what inclusion means to you?

Dan the Man is back for another episode of

Dan talks about the importance of disconnecting from our devices to give us the spave to slow down and relax.

n a world of constant notifications and endless scrolling, intentionally stepping away from our devices is essential for mental clarity and well-being. Disconnecting creates space to be present, with our thoughts, our surroundings, and the people around us. It allows the nervous system to reset, reduces stress, and helps restore focus and creativity. Even short breaks from screens can improve sleep, deepen real-world connections, and remind us that life is happening beyond the glow of a screen.
