Silver Spur Saddle Club The Silver Spur Saddle Club is a community oriented horseback riding club that welcomes all levels of riding experience and ages to participate.

The 2022 show dates are:
- Sunday, June 19th
- Sunday, July 31st
- Sunday, Aug 14th
-RAIN DATE ONLY: Sunday, Sept 18th

All shows start at 9:00 am. A rider must have submitted their membership form, signed their insurance waiver, and paid their membership fee and class entry fees in order to participate. Proof of Liability Insurance is required. Can be obtained from Ontario Equestrian Membership o

r Farm Liability Insurance. The Silver Spur Saddles Club adheres to WHAO Rules with a few exceptions which are stated in the club's by-laws. All junior and youth riders must wear a helmet in order to participate. All riders must be in proper attire according to class in order to participate.

Registration is now open for the 2026 Arran Tara Fall Fair! We are very excited to be helping run the fair again this year. Check out our website on the Fall Fair tab for details and registration https://www.silverspursaddleclub.ca

Registration will close on Sept 12th at 6pm.
For all entries completed and paid for by that time will automatically be entered to win a bag of feed!

Silver Spurs is very lucky to have such an amazing photographer come to our events!

I've been a bit too quiet on here lately, as I've gotten distracted with editing. It's a good thing to be busy, but I'm only one person so when I'm busy shooting and editing, unfortunately my social media tends to take a back seat.

Here's another teaser from Kinsley and Bear's session. I'm just about finished with their photos, and I can't wait to deliver this gallery!

Tickets for the banquet are available and we would love to see all our members out to join the celebration! Just a reminder awards are only available at the banquet. If you are not able to attend, please arrange for another person to pick up your awards.

As we gear up for our last show of the season, we are also preparing for our Year End Awards Banquet! To qualify for awards you must have participated in 2 out of our 3 shows!

To purchase tickets simply email the club with the amount of tickets and names coming in the message. Names will automatically be added for door prizes!

And that's a wrap! Yesterday was an excellent ending to a wonderful season. Thank you so much to all the competitors, volunteers, executive, parents, and everyone who helped our show run smoothly for yet another year.

We hope everyone comes out to celebrate such a great season with us at our banquet on October 25th. Please reach out to us to purchase your tickets!

Good morning! We are looking forward to our last fun show of the season! We welcome back Jamie Leigh Photography and Sunset Acres - Horse Boarding to capture the show and sell some amazing tack!

Below is a general schedule for tomorrow!

Pen open for Warm-up : 7-8:30am
English classes: 8:30-9:30am
Leadline & Novice: 9:30-10:15am
In-hand classes: 10:15am- 11:45pm
Western warm-up: 11:45am -12:00pm
Western performance: 12pm- 1:45pm
Speed warm-up: 1:45pm-2pm
Speed: 2pm on (approx 1.5hrs)
