The current accepted premises of 'red shift' and the CMB are not accurate or logically sound. Thus, thoughts and logic based on these false conceptualizations and premises, are also wrong.

Truth Is Stranger Than Fiction 🤔

A sitting Nova Scotia Judge named Little Cindy Bourgeois, who can't do basic math, wrote in a court document that I was mentally unwell, for explaining that, in 2007 the Lotto 6-49 game was in the same position as this Texas Lottery was in 2023. I guess many dumb people think intelligent people are crazy or unwell.

Due to other dumb people saying that my basic mathematical analysis of the 6-49 was a sign of mental unwellness, in Court, I was forced to try to explain my basic correct analysis, which can't be refuted, debunked or proven wrong.

In Court, I took my time, went slow, and explained the basic probabilities associated with the 6-49 game, ticket price, total jackpot, etc. which irrefutably proved that an individual or group could buy all combinations and be guaranteed a large profit, even if they had to split the jackpot with another winner.

I asked Little Cindy the Judge if she understood the basic math and analysis, and she said she did. Then, a short while later, Little Cindy writes in her decision that I am clearly unwell, because of my analysis of the 6-49 game.

Little Cindy rendered her decision and her thoughts on my mental unwellness, despite three MD's, two of which were heads of Psychiatry for their regions, saying and writing that I did NOT need to see them or anyone else for mental health issues. Little Cindy can't understand basic math, and so she deems me unwell and unfit? 🤔

Read about the same situation with the Texas Lottery, below. Are all the reporters, lottery employees, and winners, mentally unwell? I mean, it really happened. And, knowing monied people, I suspect it's happened in most lottery games that let themselves get into this position of having too-large jackpots.

In fact, I offered suggestions to the Atlantic Lottery Corp (and their parent company ILC) to fix their problem, and without giving any recognition to me, they adopted ALL of them!

Now, the new game I proposed, which they called Lotto Max, handles bigger prizes. And, 6-49 handles the smaller jackpots. You can Google all these changes, yourself.

I eventually gave an interview to a Cape Breton regional CTV News reporter, and the interview aired on the Maritime News edition AND on a CTV national news segment later that night.

Don't ever think that lawyers and Judges are smarter, more logical or better thinkers than average. My experience with them is that they are generally greedy dumb bastards who will lie, cheat, steal, omit, dismiss relevant facts and evidence, etc. to gain more money and more political power, or to protect their colleagues and their corrupt system.

I await my apology, from dumb Little Cindy Bourgeois and other dumb lawyers. You truly have to laugh at dumb corrupt authoritarians and dumb sycophants who fool large numbers of people that they are noble and bright. 😀

GPS Pioneer Ron Hatch gave the world high precision GPS, while working with Magnavox.

Despite Ron's accomplishments, awards, 30 GPS patents and being on the board for the United States GPS governing body, Ron could not get through to indoctrinated academics.

Einstein said there were flaws in his Special Relativity Theory and General Relativity Theory, and Ron Hatch found some of those flaws and corrected some of them! 😀

Someday, top astrophysicists and physicists will catch up to where Ron Hatch's thinking was, 40 freaking years ago! 😳 That's how slow academia is to accept provable truths which conflict with accepted popular beliefs!
