On World Mental Health Day, we want every Veteran, military member, and family member to know: you are never alone.

Invisible wounds are just as real as physical ones, and seeking support is a sign of strength. If you or someone you know needs support, reach out to resources like a Command Service Officer or your local Legion branch. Find a Service Officer in your area by visiting: https://www.legion.ca/support-for-veterans/contact-a-service-officer

Let's look out for one another.
